NutriBoard was born out of frustration. As a Canadian food producer, creating a CFIA-compliant Nutrition Facts table meant either paying $200–500 per label to a consultant, or spending hours with spreadsheets, Health Canada tables, and the Food and Drug Regulations.

The tools that existed were built for the US market (FDA labels), with Canadian support bolted on as an afterthought. Bilingual labels? Manual. CFIA rounding rules? Not implemented. Health Canada Daily Values? Often wrong.

NutriBoard is different. It was built from day one for the Canadian market:
